Step 1. Download the BAM Trimmer
Step 2. Unzip the file
Step 3. Double click on the BamTrimmer.jar
Step 4. Click on the browse button to select alignment BAM file and output folder
Step 5. Hit the Run button to start BAM Trimming
Step 6. Click OK to continue
Step 7. Once processing finished, click on output folder to view trimmed BAM file
